I have worked as a clinical social worker since 2007, including a VA Hospital, Military Medical Clinic, Senior Center, Substance Abuse Treatment Center, group psychotherapy centers, and my individual private practice. Prior to that, I worked for 17 years in senior management of a large software company in the Washington area.

 

I was the president of PFLAG Annapolis where we hold support groups for LGBTQ adolescents, parents/family of LGBTQ persons and adult LGBTQ persons twice a month from 2016 to the present.  I am currently serving as the Treasurer. I was the President of the Greater Washington Society of Clinical Social Workers 2018-2020. I hold a support group monthly for former cult members.  I enjoy sailing in my free time, and spending time with friends and family.
